Who I Am

I have worked as a Christian counselor and therapist for the past eleven years in North Carolina.  I have over a decade of experience in the field, as well as having over 15 years of coaching experience.  I grew up in Texas, have lived all over the United States, and moved to Cary, North Carolina in 2008.  My undergraduate degree was a blend of New Testament and Psychology courses.  I also have two Masters, one in Counseling from a highly regarded Seminary, as well as a degree in Spiritual Formation and Leadership from a Christian university.  Additionally, I have a Certificate in Spiritual Transformation from a respected seminary and have also taken further graduate hours in Theology and Church History from Wheaton College.  I also carry three certifications as a coach:  Certified Life Coach, Certified Mental Performance Trainer for coaches and athletes, and Certified Financial Coach with Dave Ramsey..
